Brett Favre: Top 5 Moments In His Hall-Of-Fame Career

Brett Favre's final game in the NFL will likely be Sunday against the Lions.

With that in mind, here is a quick look at the top five moments in his career.

5) Favre Wins NFL Record Three Straight MVP Awards - In the mid-90's there was no better quarterback then Brett Favre. He led the Packers to back-to-back Super Bowls, winning one, and capturing three consecutive MVP awards from 1995-97.

4) Favre Returns To Lambeau - In Brett's return to Green Bay as a member of the Vikings he made Packers fans remember why they loved him for so many years. He threw for 244 yards and 4 touchdowns.

3) Favre Breaks Marino's TD Record - In a game against the Vikings, Favre connects with Greg Jennings for career TD Pass 421.

2) Super Bowl XXXI - Favre wins his first, and only, Super Bowl against New England. He throws for 246 yards and 2 touchdowns.

1) December 22, 2003 against Oakland - The day after Favre's father died he throws for nearly 400 yards and 4 touchdowns.
