Throughout its history, the WWE had its fair share of controversy over the years but none more so than deciding who should be the WWE Champion or the World Heavyweight Champion.
Perhaps it's backstage politics such as favoring a particular Superstar over another or not getting over by the so-called WWE Creative Team for not having the so-called "it" factor.
In the wake of this week's controversial episode of Friday Night SmackDown in which Randy Orton ended Christian's week-long reign as World Heavyweight Champion simply because Vince McMahon is very high on the Apex Predator and not so much on Captain Charisma, I have decided to do a slideshow in the most controversial storylines on either the WWE Championship or the World Heavyweight Championship.
